Please always tell us your order number, it starts with "#" followed by 6 digits.Emails sent to other mailboxes will not be considered.

Furthermore, we do not offer telephone support and telephone inquiries will not be considered. If you have already sent us a request and it has not been answered yet, please be patient. We process e-mails chronologically after we receive them. If you send a second mail, your request will automatically move to the back of the queue and it will take longer to process, so we do not recommend sending multiple mails.

The processing of requests can take 2-3 business days.

We made sure that the jewelry fits almost any wrist, neck or finger. According to our analysis, the jewelry fits over 94% of all our customers. If you actually have a slightly "larger" body structure, then we recommend you to pay attention to the exact dimensions of the jewelry when buying bracelets.

Shipping to a DHL Packstation is possible. Please fill out the fields as follows:In the field "Street" must be the text Packstation and directly behind it the number of the Packstation. In the "Additional address field" (apartment, room, etc.) must be the postal number.

Usually your order leaves our warehouse after 1 - 2 days. Overall, the shipping time to Germany, Austria and Switzerland is currently 3 to 7 business days. Therefore, please be patient if your shipment takes a little longer. Our team will do its best to deliver your order to your home as soon as possible.

We give our customers all common methods for convenient and secure payment:

If you have selected this option, you will receive an e-mail with all the relevant payment information (payee, IBAN, reason for payment) and various payment options (pay directly or pay in installments).

Important: Please transfer the amount to the payee specified by Klarna and to the corresponding IBAN! This is easily possible by bank transfer or via the Klarna APP.

To note in case of exchange or return:

Please note that in case of an exchange for customers who have chosen the payment method "Klarna - Purchase on account", the invoice must still be settled within the 30 days, even if the duration of the processing of the exchange exceeds the payment term.

For the exchange, no "return" must be reported to Klarna, because it is not a return, but an exchange.If the case arises that you want to return the exchanged products (i.e. the products that you received in a second shipment from us to you as an exchange for the first shipment that did not fit) but completely, and you have already paid the bill at Klarna, we will initiate a refund.

The refund usually takes up to 6 business days with Klarna. In case of a return, please file a return with Klarna. Here you can find instructions from Klarna on how to do this.
